About Us – Employment
As is typical in many not-for-profit organisations, the Cabinet Makers Association of WA (CMAWA) Board work tirelessly behind the scenes and dedicate this time on a voluntary basis. A Board member role is a strategic position and should not be confused with the management and operational roles that are undertaken by employees like the Executive Officer and administrative staff. The day to day work should be managed and completed by the staff and volunteers who have been engaged and are responsible for this purpose.
This employment section is open to use by all CMAWA Members in their search to engage either Apprentices, Trades or more experienced candidates within the Industry sector.
The portal also enables our budding Apprenticeships to pursue their dream and enter an Industry that relies on a high level of craftsmanship to survive.
Finally, as the CMAWA continues to develop to best service our state-wide target market, there will be much scope to expand from our current operations team.
