Unfortunately, cabinet making is not currently regulated in Western Australia which means that individuals can easily set themselves up as industry players without necessarily having the appropriate skill set or experience. Subsequently and when this occurs, consumers may suffer the consequence of poor workmanship and become the victim of substandard workmanship which does not comply with Australian Standards.
The Cabinet Maker Association of WA is committed to represent the interests of the cabinet making industry and consumers across the state. Its’ membership operates in all aspects of cabinetry including suppliers for the industry.
